Ricardo Wilkins is a Cloud & AI Solutions Engineer with Microsoft, focusing on using and building AI solutions with tools like Copilot and Azure AI. With a passion for change management and a knack for technical storytelling, he helps organizations navigate the future of work, today.
With over 25 years of experience as an IT professional and software developer, including several badges & certifications, Ricardo is currently considered a subject-matter expert for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot. For the past few years, he's been sharing that expertise in live YouTube webcasts for customers and fellow enthusiasts. Ricardo has also had a long career as a SharePoint professional, especially as it relates to using the platform for forms and workflow development.
Most of what he does is under the 'cowbell' moniker. :)
He has also been heavily involved in the local and international tech community. He's given talks and technical demonstrations at local user groups, non-profit agencies and national conferences and webinars. He’s a technical writer, and has contributed several articles at Microsoft Tech Community. He's also co-authored a published whitepaper on SharePoint Customization Best Practices.
